The menu covers lattes, cortados, cappuccinos, Americanos, cold brew, chai and steamers, along with tea, lemonade, sparkling water and Red Bull. Milk choices are whole, 2%, skim, almond and oat. Many of the signature coffee flavors are named after horse and cattle breeds, such as Palomino (caramel and vanilla) and Hereford (cake batter). The fruit-flavored teas are named after fish. The truck regularly serves at public events around Laramie, including the WyoTech Car Show.
