Tia Erika's is a mobile coffee business serving Delaware and the surrounding area. I started it after 25 years of community work because I believe a good cup of coffee brings people together. Every event should feel warm, welcoming, and personal. Our trailer serves specialty lattes, espresso, yerba mate drinks, refreshers, matcha, and chai for corporate events, employee appreciation days, weddings, festivals, and community celebrations of 25–250 guests. For indoor events, our mobile coffee cart launches this winter. We also offer drop-off coffee boxes for meetings. Two Friends Coffee Co is a mobile coffee trailer based in Wilmington, Delaware, run by two friends who serve handcrafted coffee, including lattes. Lucky Shot Coffee Co is a mobile espresso and cold brew business based in Wilmington, Delaware. Most of their events are served from Odetta, a vintage 1976 13-foot Scamp trailer in teal and cream. She carries quiet generators and her own water supply, so she can run fully off the grid, though she can also hook up to power on site. For indoor events and smaller venues where a trailer won't fit, they bring a separate espresso cart. The team says they built the cart and trailer themselves, make their own syrups and use locally sourced beans. Cold brew was their first product, a blend of single origin beans they developed with their roaster. They cater weddings, bridal showers, corporate and office events, festivals, and customer, employee and teacher appreciation days.
