Common Questions
When does my listing become premium?
Within 24 hours of payment. We activate manually right now so we can verify business details and add your photos. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to your live premium page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription directly through Stripe. When you cancel, your listing reverts to Basic at the end of your billing period.
Do I have to use my own quote form?
No — premium listings work great with our default quote form. Custom embeds are optional. If you use Flashquotes, Typeform, Calendly, or similar, just send us the embed code and we'll add it.
What if I don't get leads?
Cancel anytime. That said, we're growing traffic every month, so patience usually pays off. If you're not seeing volume after 2-3 months, we'll work with you on how to improve your listing.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves 20%. Founding partners in new cities may also get promotional codes. Contact us if you have questions.
