About RVA Mobile Bar Co

RVA Mobile Bar Co is a mobile bartending business built around The Canteen, a 1968 Shasta camper that has been restored and converted into a bar with two fridges, four beer taps and a sink. Alongside beer, wine and cocktail service, they offer a coffee and cocoa bar and craft mocktails, and they list a coffee station among their add-ons. They don't supply alcohol themselves but help hosts plan a drinks menu and quantities. They work weddings, graduations, birthday and holiday parties, baby showers and corporate events. Their standard service area covers 40 miles from New Kent and Midlothian, including Richmond and Williamsburg, and they will travel elsewhere in Virginia on request. The Canteen holds up to 150 guests comfortably and can also be rented on its own for venues that use their own bartenders.

Coalesce Coffee Co is a mobile barista service based in Midlothian, Virginia, serving events around Richmond and Central Virginia. Founded by Lindsay, the business offers espresso drinks, holistic beverages and a range of teas, with small eats and breakfast items available on request. The menu changes with the seasons. They say they use fair-trade coffee sources and describe their offerings as vegan friendly. Planners can choose between two mobile setups. The coffee truck brings the full drink menu and can handle large groups. The smaller coffee cart suits intimate gatherings, weddings and corporate events held indoors, and its menu can be tailored to each booking. Coalesce also runs a coffee shop inside the clubhouse at Independence Golf Course, which can be booked for parties and other gatherings.
