The Coffee Trike

This Boston-based beverage caterer brings fully staffed espresso and coffee carts to events in Boston and across New England. A barista serves espresso, lattes, cappuccinos and seasonal coffee drinks from a cart with its own espresso machine and grinders, using a blend they describe as organic, fair trade and roasted locally for them. Whole, oat and almond milk are included, along with classic and seasonal syrups. The team handles setup and cleanup and needs only a power outlet. The coffee service is aimed at workplace events such as office pop-ups, client days, conferences and product launches, and recurring service is available. Companies can put their logo on the cart, the cups or the drinks themselves. Beyond coffee, they offer cocktail and frosé bars, seasonal hot chocolate and cider, and a converted vintage horse trailer that can serve coffee or cocktails.

Snacks Box Boston

Solodko Coffee is a Boston-based mobile coffee cart founded in 2019, serving specialty espresso at corporate, retail, and private events across the East Coast. Named after the Ukrainian word for sweet, they run bespoke espresso bars with professional baristas and coffee sourced from Kavka in Maine, and their menu covers seasonal signature drinks, teas, chai, and hot cocoa alongside the classics. Corporate clients have included Google, Meta, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, AstraZeneca, and David Yurman. Setup needs a 6ft by 5ft space and one dedicated 15-amp circuit per bar.
