Sweet Beans Coffee Cart

Bloom Coffee Cart is a mobile espresso bar based in Minneapolis that serves events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. It also covers St. Paul and Eden Prairie. The company says it uses locally sourced coffee and wants every drink to feel personal. Its full-service espresso bar makes lattes, mochas, americanos and straight espresso, with decaf and hot cocoa for guests who want to skip caffeine. Any drink can be served hot or iced, whole and oat milk come as standard, and hosts pick two signature drinks to add to the menu. Extras include matcha, five Harney & Sons hot teas, custom-flavored Red Bulls, flavored sparkling sodas, custom cup stickers and custom designs printed on top of drinks. Packages can be adjusted to suit the type of event.

FRGMNT Coffee Catering is the event service of FRGMNT Coffee, a Minneapolis multi-roaster cafe. It brings coffee to meetings, weddings and other events around the Twin Cities. Planners can book either of two setups, or both. The espresso cart handles hot drinks such as lattes, espresso and cappuccinos. The cold brew trike pours cold brew, tea or both from kegs, and the team suggests it for outdoor events. FRGMNT says it can adjust its menu and offerings to suit each event. To book, fill out the inquiry form on their catering page with the event date, time, length, location and number of guests. They need at least two weeks' notice for every booking.
