The Custom Cup

Elite Espresso Catering is a Minneapolis-based espresso cart service that has worked events across the Twin Cities since 1997, and the company notes it has had the same owners all along. Trained baristas make espresso drinks to order at what the company calls stylish espresso carts. They cater corporate events, employee appreciation days, trade shows, weddings and graduation parties, with dedicated packages for wedding receptions and graduations. They also say they welcome last-minute events. Each cart arrives fully stocked with cups, straws, stirrers, sugars and toppings. The team even brings its own water, so the venue only needs to provide a dedicated power outlet. Alternative milk is always on hand for guests with allergies. They describe their espresso beans as local and roasted fresh for them. No deposit is required. Planners call first to check the date is free, then fill out a booking form.
