2nd Rule Coffee is a full-service mobile coffee cart serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Established in 2019 from a second-hand kitchen cart bought in Brooklyn, they now run a black and walnut wood cart pulling espresso, cold brew on draft, pour-overs, and drip, with beans roasted small-batch in New Jersey specifically for each event. Everything is organic, natural, local, or house-made, and every package includes organic Rishi teas. They cater weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, grand openings, and fundraisers, and also run latte art workshops. Five percent of net profits fund community service work.

$615 base package for 2 hours, $205 each additional hour. One barista per 50 guests.

Divine Coffee is a mobile espresso cart serving events across New Jersey and all five boroughs of New York City. Founded by Justine, they run commercial La Marzocco equipment with professional baristas, and offer custom cup printing, branded cart wraps, and a latte printer that puts logos and artwork directly onto drinks. They cater weddings, corporate launches, brand activations, conferences, and private functions, and their sweet spot is events of 50 guests or more over at least two hours. The cart is compact enough for service entrances and freight elevators at urban venues.

Coffee Malem provides mobile coffee catering and branded coffee installations across South Jersey and the Philadelphia area. Owner Amro builds custom menus around a client's brand for launches and activations, with custom wrapped carts and signature drinks. Their regular menu runs to pistachio, Spanish, Nutella and brown sugar shaken espresso alongside the classics.
