Cafe Evoke Coffee Catering brings a mobile coffee bar staffed by trained baristas to events across the Oklahoma City metro area, working out of its cafe in downtown Edmond. The company says it has been catering for more than 16 years and describes its coffee as sourced from independent roasters around the country. Its bar serves hot and iced espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, cortados and macchiatos, along with chai, London Fog and tea, apple cider and hot chocolate. House-made syrups and whole, nonfat, almond and oat milks are offered. Evoke caters weddings, office events and business meetings, school and clinic appreciation days, open houses, reunions, birthday parties and gallery openings. Larger events get extra baristas, and the team says it can serve more than 400 guests. Drip coffee is available on request.

Wedding packages are offered for guest counts from 150 up to 350. The team says it uses locally roasted beans and has more than 10 years of experience in craft coffee.
