2nd Rule Coffee is a full-service mobile coffee cart serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Established in 2019 from a second-hand kitchen cart bought in Brooklyn, they now run a black and walnut wood cart pulling espresso, cold brew on draft, pour-overs, and drip, with beans roasted small-batch in New Jersey specifically for each event. Everything is organic, natural, local, or house-made, and every package includes organic Rishi teas. They cater weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, grand openings, and fundraisers, and also run latte art workshops. Five percent of net profits fund community service work.

$615 base package for 2 hours, $205 each additional hour. One barista per 50 guests.

Nomad Roasters brings a curated small-batch roasting and ceremonial tea experience to private and special events across New York City and New Jersey. Alongside ethically sourced beans roasted in house, they run a live hand-whisked reserve matcha ritual with paired house-made syrups, and specialise in high-concept latte presentation for weddings, brand activations, and private gatherings.
