Chicago Coffee Carts provides espresso catering across Chicagoland, from the Loop, River North and Fulton Market to Evanston, Oak Brook, Schaumburg and Naperville. Service includes the cart, espresso equipment, cups and cleanup, with chai, matcha, hot chocolate, iced drinks and dairy-free milks. It reports serving more than 5,000 events over the past decade.

Fez Coffee Co runs mobile espresso bars and baristas across Chicagoland, with a range of styled carts for weddings, corporate events and brand activations.

Levant Coffee Catering is the event side of Levant Coffee, a Chicago coffee business that started out in 2023 as a mobile coffee cart. It now runs an order-ahead shop at 3301 N. Sheffield Avenue in Lakeview and also brings coffee service to events. Its menu centres on iced drinks, and the team says it makes iced coffee all year round. For on-site catering, planners can ask for a full-service espresso bar with a barista, cold brew, bottled oat milk lattes, hot chocolate with toppings, pastries, gluten-free baked goods and drinks suitable for children. Custom printed cups and tailored setups can also be arranged. Levant caters meetings, parties and special occasions, and it offers pricing for corporate events that run over several days. On-site catering has a minimum of 200 guests.
