JAWN Coffee is a mobile coffee cart from Lexington, Kentucky. Husband and wife John Cable and Stephanie Leung started it in 2022. They run it as a pop-up espresso bar, and their goal is to make specialty coffee more inclusive and accessible and to bring it to non-traditional spaces. They say they look for sweet, complex and traceable coffees with sustainable production in mind. Their featured roasters are Proud Hound Coffee of Cincinnati and Manchester Coffee Co. of Lexington. The team books weddings, corporate events, meetings, conferences, parties, festivals, markets and pop-ups. At some pop-up events they also sell curated vintage clothing and limited JAWN Coffee merch.
