Drip coffee, apple cider, affogato and baked goods can be added on request. The cart works indoor and outdoor events in Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Nampa, including weddings, business gatherings, staff and customer appreciation days, school events and large community events. They say they use locally sourced beans. You can also book the coffee cart together with Belong Co.'s ice cream cart.

Vale Coffee Cart is a Boise-based mobile espresso bar for weddings, corporate events, private parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, grand openings and community events across Boise and the Treasure Valley. Trained baristas make each drink to order, including lattes, Americanos, mochas, iced coffee and matcha. For guests who don't drink coffee, there are options such as chai, mocktails, dirty sodas and a soda bar. Hosts can work with the team on a custom menu, such as signature wedding lattes. The cart needs about a 6x6 ft space and access to power. It can be set up outdoors, and the team can bring a tent or shade cover if needed. Their FAQ lists their service area as "anywhere," so they will travel to weddings outside the local area. Vale also says that 10% of the profit from every event goes to support homeless people in the Treasure Valley.
