High Frequency Coffee runs a custom-branded mobile cold brew tap cart across New Jersey and the NYC metro area. Because the cart pours from tap rather than pulling espresso, it needs no power source at all, which makes it viable at tented receptions, waterfront venues, rooftops, mall atriums, and any venue with limited electrical access. Service runs at 120 to 150 guests per hour, roughly double a standard espresso cart, and the menu covers cold brew, iced lattes, iced cappuccinos, matcha, and seasonal cold foams.
